We design and develop world-leading Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) systems and analysis software that transforms subsurface data into actionable insight. Already trusted across Asia, the US, and Europe, Kontur is now expanding beyond the current product portfolio by introducing automated software services (SaaS) for advanced 3D data to unlock a new level of value from subsurface information at scale.
Your Mission as CEO, you will be:
- Scaling Kontur: Expand our addressable market through new innovative automated software services emphasising on recurring revenue.
- Global expansion: Strengthen our commercial footprint through international partnerships and go-to-market strategy.
- Team and culture: Lead and inspire high-performing teams across disciplines and geographies.
- Strategy execution: Drive long-term vision while ensuring short-term results — investor alignment and exit-readiness are key.
- Technology leadership: Champion innovation while keeping focus on customer value and simplicity.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a bold and strategic leader — someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves yet thinks on a systems level. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven track record in scaling international businesses.
- A strong understanding of implementing B2B SaaS and related revenue growth, with bonus points for domain knowledge in geospatial, sensors, infrastructure or industrial tech.
- Experience in building go-to-market strategies, sales organizations and partner ecosystems.
- Technical literacy and the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams (engineers, product, commercial) with credibility and clarity.
- A global mindset and appetite for international travel and cultural fluency.
- Curiosity and decisiveness — you can navigate uncertainty and keep the company moving forward.
