What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for an experienced Integration Engineer who enjoys a varied workday - from digging into data pipelines in the morning, to pairing with developers on cloud-native services after lunch, to collaborating with product teams on data contracts in the afternoon. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team where designers, agritech experts, and engineers work together to solve real-world problems for Norwegian farmers.
And your responsibilities will include
- Building data transformations and pipelines that serve both applications and analytics
- Integrating data from diverse sources, including IoT devices, cloud platforms, and partner systems
- Ensuring high data quality through automated testing and monitoring
- Writing and deploying SQL and dbt code as part of our data platform
- Collaborating closely with R&D, product managers, and application developers to support their data needs
- Managing and documenting data contracts in cooperation with domain experts
We’re looking for someone who has
- A relevant degree (bachelor’s or higher) in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 4–5 years of experience as a developer
- Experience developing in Go (Kotlin, C# or Java are also relevant)
- Experience building microservices and working with APIs
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines
- An engineering mindset - you understand how all the pieces fit together
- Experience with dbt or Snowflake is a bonus
- Experience with databases is a bonus
In addition, we value
- Technical skills beyond Go, including JavaScript, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English

Where and how we work
You’ll have flexibility in where you work -from our downtown Oslo office, the Ås office, or from home when needed. However, the teams enjoy and appreciate meeting at the office two to three times per week. Our team includes people from Ukraine, India, Fjørtoft, Oslo, Moss, Stavanger, Ski, Germany, England -and more. English is our working language. Come as you are 😊
