Product Manager, Self-Service Growth | Unleash

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy and execution for our successful self-service Enterprise offering. This is a high-impact, high-growth role where you will be the driving force behind a product that’s scaling rapidly. Your mission is to double down on our success by understanding our developer users, identifying new opportunities for growth, and building a product they can’t live without. You will report directly to the CTPO and Co-founder.

What You’ll Do

• Own the strategy and execution to accelerate the growth of our self-service Enterprise product and hitting key commercial targets.
• Become the expert on our self-service users. You’ll conduct interviews, analyze usage data, have customer calls and synthesize feedback to champion their needs across the company.
• Drive the Self-service Roadmap. You will define and prioritize the product roadmap for our self-service offerings, balancing user needs with business goals.
• Partner with a dedicated engineering team to define, scope, and ship high-quality features that solve real user problems, seamlessly bridging the gap between “what” and “how.”
• Collaborate with Customer Journey to drive consistency at every touchpoint and develop a best-in-class customer experience.
• Align with Commercial Teams. Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and user acquisition campaigns that drive commercial success.
• Analyze and Optimize. Use data to measure the success of new features, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions.
• Strategically manage the lifecycle of our legacy plans, ensuring a smooth experience for existing customers while driving migration to our core offerings.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a product leader who is passionate about building products that developers love and is driven by commercial results.

• Experienced Product Leader. You have 4+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping and scaling products in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally within the $10M-$100M ARR range).
• Commercially Astute & Data-Driven. You have a strong commercial mindset and are comfortable owning metrics like MRR, churn, activation, and LTV. You use both qualitative and quantitative data to build a business case and measure success.
• Deeply Customer-Centric. You are obsessed with understanding the user. You have extensive experience with user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover deep insights and translate them into a product vision.
• Technically Fluent. You don’t need to code, but you understand the software development lifecycle and are comfortable discussing APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs with engineers. Experience with developer tools or infrastructure is a major plus.
• Exceptional Communicator. You can articulate a compelling vision and strategy to diverse audiences, from engineers to the executive team, creating alignment and excitement.
• You must be located in Europe and we have a strong preference towards candidates located close to the founding team based in Oslo.
